JOSEPH IRA LAYTON, 91, of Arnold, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. He was born on September 4, 1930, in St. Louis, MO to Ira and Lenita (nee-Neels) Layton. Joseph was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Team and a fan of the slot machines. He loved traveling all over the country with his wife.
Survivors include his wife, Carol (nee-Siems) of 60 years; cousin; uncle; brother-in-law and a friend of many.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Jean (Edwin) Reidel and Jacquelyn (Gerald) Hennekes.
